Account Engagement compatibility with Salesforce Shield Encryption

Description
There are certain trade-offs for using Shield Encryption in tandem with the Account Engagement managed package. If Shield Encryption is already enabled in your org, and you're trying to either 1) install the Account Engagement package, and/or 2) encrypt standard fields that sync with Account Engagement, Deterministic Encryption needs to also be put in place.

Example issue scenario 1: 
I have Shield Encryption already enabled in Salesforce, and now I'm unable to install the Account Engagement package. 

Example issue scenario 2:
I have Account Engagement installed and when trying to encrypt some standard fields, an error regarding 'field not queryable' is thrown. 
Résolution
To resolve either of the issue scenarios illustrated above, enable Deterministic Encryption in Salesforce by following the steps outlined here.
