In order to access Conga Invoice Generation for Salesforce Billing, the managed package 'Conga Invoice Generation for Salesforce Billing' must be installed in your Salesforce instance. A Salesforce Billing license is a prerequisite and must be obtained first.
Lösung

Conga Invoice Generation is an installed managed package. The installation link is provided with the email containing your Order. A separate email containing installation links won’t be sent. If you don’t have Conga Invoice Generation and have a subscription to Salesforce Billing Plus, your Salesforce Account Executive can assist to create a no-charge quote. The package will be provisioned to your account after confirming and signing for the order.

After it’s installed in the Org, the package name "Conga Invoice Generation" and namespace "csfb" appears in the Installed Packages menu. Conga Invoice Generation uses a site license and all users are granted access after installation. 

If you can’t find your Order for Conga Invoice Generation, log a case with Salesforce Billing Support. When logging the support case, enter 'Revenue' in the Product field on the Create a Case screen to ensure the case is assigned directly to the Revenue Cloud Support team.

Note: Salesforce Support is unable to create or activate licenses for Conga Invoice Generation. Only your Account Executive can provision the package and site license to your organization.
