Partner Learning Camp (PLC) is the primary learning destination to expand capabilities to meet customer needs now and in the future. Made just for Salesforce partners, PLC houses over 1,500 on-demand trainings curated for all Partner Trailblazers (ISV, Consulting, Agencies and Resellers).

Steps to access Partner Learning Camp (PLC):

  1. Best practice! Always log into the Partner Community first.
  2. Click the Learn tab and “Start Learning” under Partner Learning Camp.
  3. Alternatively, you can access Partner Learning Camp via direct link: https://partnerlearningcamp.salesforce.com/s/learner-dashboard 
  4. Partner Community and Partner Learning Camp use Trailblazer.me for logging in. Click Log In.

Q: How much does the Partner Learning Camp access cost?
A: It's free!

Q: What type of curricula is provided?
A: PLC curricula are made for all partners, regardless of size or type, ISV and Consulting.

Q: Will badges and achievements in Partner Learning Camp count towards Trailhead Mountaineer/Ranger levels?
A: Yes. Because Partner Learning Camp is private, you will not see PLC achievements in your public Trailhead profile. However, public Trailhead achievements are visible within Partner Learning Camp. A partner can achieve Ranger status here when the accounts are linked.

Q: I encountered an issue relating to Partner Learning Camp. How do I resolve it?
A: Get help with issues relating to Partner Learning Camp by logging a case on Salesforce Help.

Q: Will Accredited Professional exams count towards the knowledge check requirement in Navigator?
A: Yes. Like the Trailhead certification, the Accredited Professional credential will count towards your knowledge check requirement for certain Navigator distinctions.

Q: How can I learn more about the Navigator distinctions?
A: Check out the Partner Navigator Program page in Partner Community for more information. 

Q: Where can I reach out if I encounter a broken or inaccessible link in one of the Partner Learning Camp courses?
A: For issues related to course or curriculum content, such as inaccessible videos, broken links to Trailhead content, or 404 error pages, please go to the “Found an error in one of our courses?” section in PLC (on the right side of the Home dashboard in PLC) and report the issue using the Google form provided there.

Q: Why is the Trailhead status in Partner Learning Camp not updating, even after I have completed the Trailhead badge?
A: Trailhead and PLC are two separate platforms, and the system updates records in batches. It can take 48 to 72 hours for Trailhead completion to be reflected in PLC. However, if the status still hasn’t updated after 72 hours, you can create a case in Salesforce Help by following these steps:

1. Log into Salesforce Help (help.salesforce.com).
2. Click My Cases and then Create a Case.
3. Fill in the Subject and Description with your details.
4. The system will suggest Products/Topics based on your text. If Partner Program & Benefits is not listed, click Pick a Different Product/Topic.
5. Select Product: Partner Program & Benefits and Topic: Partner Benefits & Provisioning.
6. The OrgID will be auto-populated, or click Find your OrgID or MID.
7. Complete the Instance Type, Severity, add Collaborators, and attach any relevant files.
8. Click Create Case.


Q: Where can I reach out if I have a question regarding the content of one of the Partner Learning Camp courses? 
A: For issues related to course or curriculum content, such as incorrect learning content, missing content, or incorrect quiz options, please go to the “Found an error in one of our courses?” section in PLC (on the right side of the Home dashboard in PLC) and report the issue using the Google form provided there.

Q: Why is the Credentials tab in Partner Learning Camp no longer available? 
A: Please be informed that all Accredited Professional credentials are no longer available in PLC and Examity. They have been migrated to Webassessor and will now follow the registration process for other Salesforce certifications.
