What changed?

Salesforce retired the Cisco WebEx with the Winter '21 (October 2020) release. At Salesforce, customer success is our top priority. We recommend that customers still using the legacy Cisco WebEx migrate their users to the new Cisco app exchange package once available. Customer data will still be available. Admins will no longer see the Setup Node Cisco Webex, end-users will no longer see Cisco Webex in the Utility Bar, nor will they see the Cisco Webex Details in User Settings.

Why did Salesforce retire this package?

Cisco is migrating WebEx customers to a newer AppExchange application which will be generally available with the Winter '21 release.

What action did I need to take, and was there a replacement for this feature? 

Use the new Cisco app available in the app exchange. Cisco is building a new AppExchange app to migrate existing customers with the same functionality. In the future, they plan to add newer features.
