Change the Account Engagement Business Unit Setup Admin

The Setup Admin is the user that helps facilitates initial account creation. The provisioning process sends a user to Account Engagement to ensure the new Account Engagement business unit enables a user for access as well as notifying them Account Engagement is ready for configuration.
Lösung
The Setup Admin set in the Business Unit Setup section cannot be changed once the Business Unit is created.

Actual Account Engagement Administrators are set by defining the role of a user to be Administrator in the Account Engagement business unit:

- If User Sync is not enabled, you can add more users by following these steps.
- If User Sync is enabled, you can add more Account Engagement users by creating them on Salesforce and adding them to a profile that's enabled to sync with Account Engagement. More information here.
