Unable to login to Marketing Cloud Portal once SSO is enabled

Single Sign On enabled users are not able to log in via MC Portal at https://mc.login.exacttarget.com/ after SSO has been enabled on their user. This is expected behavior as password authentication has been disabled for those users.
Risoluzione

Please log in via your IDP Initiated link (if available). If an IDP Initiated link is not available use the SP intended link located under Setup >  Security > Security Settings > SSO > SP Initiated link. 

Please note password resets and login attempts will fail after SSO has been enabled, even if the password is correct.

https://mc-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.login.exacttarget.com/sso/XXXX
