In Salesforce Lightning Experience, when you use the Select an Email Template When You Compose an Email option while composing an outbound email from a record, a Lightning email template that you created does not appear in the All Email Templates list.
This occurs because the Related Entity Type of the Lightning email template is set to an object type (such as Account or Opportunity) that is not compatible with global outbound email composition. For a Lightning email template to appear in the global email composer, its Related Entity Type must be set to Contact, Lead, or -- None --.
The Lightning email template does not appear in the All Email Templates list on outbound emails because its Related Entity Type is set to an incompatible object. To resolve this, change the Related Entity Type of the template to Contact, Lead, or -- None --.
After saving, navigate back to a record and compose a new outbound email. The template should now appear under All Email Templates.
