How to create an Account Engagement Einstein Account Tier report?

This article explains how to create Account Engagement Einstein Account Tier report.

This article explains how to create an Account Engagement Einstein Account Tier report based on the Einstein Account Tier field of the Einstein Key Accounts Identification feature.

To create report, you will need to create report type first if you have not yet.
 
  1. From Setup, enter Report Types in the Quick Find box, then select Report Types.
  2. Click New Custom Report Type.
  3. In the Primary Object field, select AI Record Insights.
  4. Enter identification information in the required fields, and click Next.
  5. Relate a second object, and select AI Insight Values.
  6. Both of the A to B relationship settings can be used with this report.
  7. In the Fields Available for Reports section, click Edit Layout.
  8. For AI Record Insights, drag the Target (this will show the AccountName) and Status fields to the top of the list.
  9. For AI Insight Values, drag the Value field (this will be a numerical tier value ) to the top of the list.
  10. Click Save to return to the report details.
  11. When you’re ready to make the report available to users, click Edit, select Deployed, and then save.

Once you created the custom report type, you can create report that shows the Target: Name field (Account name) and Value field (Einstein Account Tiers).

Note:
  • To see the latest Tier, set a filter as "Status field equals to New".
  • Tier shows as number instead of Tier alphabet (1,2,3,4 represent A, B, C, D)
  • The Value field type is text, not numerical, so it is not use for summarizing.
