What is Supplierforce?

Supplierforce is a new portion of Supplier 360, it’s a community-based platform that streamlines the supplier onboarding process, account maintenance, and contract lifecycle management. Supplierforce is for Salesforce's suppliers, Strategic Sourcing, and internal business partners.

Suppliers can create a Case or communicate with Salesforce via Chatter for their Supplierforce portal. This helps keep all your questions and answers in one place.


There are 2 ways to get help in Supplierforce: Cases or Discussion


Cases
  1. When you log in to your Supplierforce portal, click the Cases tab near the top of the screen.
  2. To submit a question or request for assistance, click + New Case.
  3. Select the appropriate Category for your request, then enter the Subject and Description. Our team communicates with you via the Case until your issue is resolved.

Discussions
If you have a quick question, use the Discussions chat -- @mention a team for assistance.

Note: Before you submit your request, browse the FAQs section on the right. Your answer could be there already!
