Request Access for Vlocity Server-Side Document Generation

You purchased a subscription using a Salesforce Order Form to a service that includes Document Generation and want to access Vlocity server-side document generation.  If your Vlocity package meets one of these conditions, your System Administrator must contact Salesforce Support:
 

• You are using Winter ’22 or earlier.
• You upgraded to Spring ’22 or later.
   

1. Log a Case with Salesforce Support.
2. When logging your Case, select these options:

• Product: Industries
• Topic: Feature Activation and Limits 
• Issue: server-side document generation

3. Click Create a Case.
4. On the Case page, enter a Description and ensure that the OrgID is accurate.
5. Submit your case.
   Wait for Support to review and process your request. Depending on your account details, Support may provide you with additional documentation to review prior to the activation of this feature.
6. Set IsServerSideDocGenEnabled to true.
