Steps to verify if Import results are impacted by Contact Delete

You may knowingly or unknowingly submit contacts through the Contact Delete process that you still expect to be imported into Lists. This can result in imports in Marketing Cloud being less than the desired number of rows imported. 
솔루션
In your import results file, you should see a status of "RestrictedContactStatus" for any record that was unable to be imported due to them being in the process of being deleted. You will need to wait for the Contact Delete operations to complete before re-importing these records.
