Enable Recurring Event Sync with Outlook (Advanced Calendaring)

Description

Advanced Calendaring is required to sync recurring events between Salesforce and Outlook. This feature is automatically enabled when you configure Outlook to sync recurring events. For a full overview, including setup instructions after activation, see Set Up Outlook Sync

Important Note:

Turning off this feature will cause all Outlook Configurations to stop syncing recurring events.

Résolution

Support can only enable this feature if it was not properly enabled when configuring recurring Events in your organization.

Request Activation

If Advanced Calendaring is not functioning in your organization, please have a System Administrator create an Activation request with Salesforce Support.
