Enable Salesforce Microsoft Teams Integration

Salesforce Microsoft Teams Integration feature requires Agentforce Sales (formerly Sales Cloud) or Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud) licenses. Furthermore, the feature is currently available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Starting Summer 21, org admins can successfully turn on the Teams integration in the production environment from Setup; admins can navigate to their Salesforce org Setup > Teams integration settings page, and toggle the feature to on. If for some reason, the admin. is unable to toggle the feature to on, below is information you need to enable the feature.

If the admin. is unable to toggle the feature to on in production because they see the following error:

To enable the Microsoft Teams integration, please contact your account executive and request the $0 Teams integration SKU.

Please contact your Salesforce Account Executive to assist with the above. Once the AE has provisioned the required SKU, the admin. should be able to toggle the Teams integration feature to on.

In a sandbox, if the admin. runs into the above error, then there are two options to fix the issue:

1. Refresh sandbox from the source org (production) OR
2. Match production and sandbox licenses without a sandbox refresh: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000335272&type=1
