Enable 'Recycle Bin' in Lightning

The Recycle Bin contains items that were deleted. Salesforce admins can see all deleted data across the entire org through it. However, there are instances where it is not available in the user interface.

Available Editions:

Group, Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer

How to Activate:

Submit an activation request with Salesforce Support

Prerequisites:

Review Salesforce documentation on viewing and managing the Recycle Bin in Lightning Experience before submitting a support request.
Solución

The Recycle Bin feature may need to be explicitly activated by Salesforce Support before it is available in your Lightning Experience interface.

Requesting Activation:

    If you have followed all steps in the documentation and the Recycle Bin still does not appear in your Lightning Experience interface, the feature may need to be manually enabled by Salesforce Support. This typically applies to organizations that were upgraded from older editions or have specific configuration requirements.

    If Recycle Bin is still not available after reviewing the documentation, please have a System Administrator create an Activation Request with Support
