The following describes the basic setup method for Interactive Email pages on CloudPages, which are required when using Interactive Mail.

 

When configuring this setup, it is common practice to include a thank-you or confirmation message (such as "Thank you for your registration") in the [Email Form Layout] section, so that it is displayed after a form is submitted. However, do not include such elements — like thank-you messages — in the Header and Footer sections that appear above and below the Email Form Layout section.

 

When a form is opened in a mail client that does not support Interactive Mail, the Email Form Layout section of the Interactive Email page is rendered inline within the email. Therefore, if the Header or Footer section contains a thank-you message or similar content, that message will appear even before the form is submitted.
Lösning
Do not include elements such as thank-you messages in the Header and Footer sections that appear above and below the Email Form Layout section. Typically, place only company or brand banners in the header and footer.
