These are the troubleshooting steps you can follow to try to find out why you are unable to use this feature:
1. Your Salesforce Edition must be Professional (with API access), Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited.
2. Your Account Engagement Edition must be Growth, Plus, Advanced, or Premium.
3. The user that needs this feature must have the CRM User, Sales Cloud User, or Service Cloud User permission set and the Analytics View Only Embedded App permission set license, along with the "Analytics View Only User" permission set assigned.
4. The Salesforce Connector must be active and the Connector User should have all the required permissions.
5. Connected Campaigns must be enabled.
A common solution to this issue to try is toggling the Engagement History settings by going to Setup -> Engagement History -> Enable Engagement History Dashboard.
