The mouse cursor jumps in the Outlook compose mode with Salesforce Outlook Integration

Mouse cursor jumps or email tracking pixel flickers when composing an email in an Outlook desktop client with email tracking enabled or clicking the 'Log Email on Send' button and 'Save'.
Løsning
1. Open Regedit using Search or Run.
2. Navigate to the following registry path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
3. In the Right side window, find the "Send Pictures with Document" key.
4. Double-click this key and select the Base as Hexadecimal and change the value data 0 instead of 1.
5. If the key "Send Pictures with Document" doesn't exist, then create one.
  • Right-click on the blank area and select New.
  • Click DWORD(32 bit) and replace New Value #1' as "Send Pictures with Document".
  • Double-click this key and Select Hexadecimal and enter the value data 0.
  • Save.
6. Open Outlook and compose the email.

NOTE: Close your Outlook before making the changes and don't forget to take the registry backup. We recommend that registry-related changes should be made by your IT administrator.
