The enhanced and unified support experience is now live for all Dataloader.io customers and can be accessed at help.salesforce.com

Explore

Dataloader.io and Salesforce just launched an enhanced support experience for Dataloader.io customers, including the migration to the Salesforce Help Portal for a more unified support experience. As part of this change, you have gained access to Agentforce on Salesforce Help, enabling easier self-service grounded in trusted data. None of your product features or product entitlements will change.


Helpful Reminders:
Dataloader.io users need a Trailblazer Account (TBID) to Login to Salesforce Help

  • Users who already have a Trailblazer account are all set. If you already use Salesforce Help for product support or Trailhead, you already have a Trailblazer ID, you won’t need to set up a new one
  • If users need to create a Trailblazer Account, it is recommended they do so as soon as possible, to avoid support disruptions. This will provide access to view and manage cases in Salesforce Help. For further information, read the Get Started with Trailblazer article.
