Salesforce is excited to announce that on June 20th, 2026 we will be launching an enhanced and Agentforce-powered support experience for Dataloader from MuleSoft customers.
With this change, the support experience for Dataloader from MuleSoft customers will fully transition from the existing channel to Salesforce Help. This will include access to Agentforce for your support needs, enabling easier self-service grounded in trusted data. None of your product features or product entitlements will change.

Dataloader from MuleSoft support users will need a Trailblazer account to access Salesforce Help.
