Dataloader from MuleSoft Announcing Enhanced Support Experience powered by Agentforce 

Salesforce is excited to announce that on June 20th, 2026 we will be launching an enhanced and Agentforce-powered support experience for Dataloader from MuleSoft customers.

With this change, the support experience for Dataloader from MuleSoft customers will fully transition from the existing channel to Salesforce Help. This will include access to Agentforce for your support needs, enabling easier self-service grounded in trusted data. None of your product features or product entitlements will change.

Important Information on How to Get Ready

Users need a Trailblazer Account to Login to Salesforce Help

Dataloader from MuleSoft support users will need a Trailblazer account to access Salesforce Help. 

  • Users who already have a Trailblazer account are all set. If you already use Salesforce Help for product support or Trailhead, you already have a Trailblazer ID, you won’t need to set up a new one
  • If users need to create a Trailblazer Account, it is recommended they do so before June 10th, 2026. This will provide access to view and manage cases in Salesforce Help. For further information, read the Get Started with Trailblazer article.
  • If you have an existing Salesforce org in Salesforce Help that uses Designated Contacts please reach out to your Salesforce Administrator to discuss.
  • No change is in effect until June 20th, 2026, and until that date, you can continue to reach support via the existing help experience.
