Salesforce Map's new Schedule syncs with your Salesforce Calendar. For that reason, if you use Salesforce for Outlook or Google Apps with your Salesforce calendar, those events can be updated in Salesforce Maps as well. Moreover, changes to your events within Salesforce Maps can be synced to Salesforce and therefore over to Outlook or Google, depending on how you have those integrations are configured.
