App construction failures" in Account Engagement Engagement History app

1. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Quick Find > Auto-installed apps. 
2. Click the 'requests' tab 
3. For any requests for the Account Engagement Engagement History app that have a "Failed Status", click the dropdown caret icon on the far right-hand side and "View Log". 

The error may appear as: 

"Dataflow plan [id] completed with status [Failed]. DataflowInstance [id] cancelled. Something went wrong while executing the Sync_Opportunity node: Fields [field names] are not available. Verify that the fields exists and that the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile has Read level access on the fields. (id)
    * Creating application [Account Engagement Engagement History] failed."


Note: the error may also reference "Sync_Account", "Sync_Contact", "Sync_Lead" or another object that is present in data sync (replication).

The "Analytics Cloud Integration User" profile is not the profile used for the B2BMA Integration User. It is used for the user "User, Integration".

Edit the Field-Level Security for the 'Analytics Cloud Integration User' profile

If the field is still present on the aforementioned object (i.e. Opportunity): 
1. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Object (i.e. Opportunity)
2. Open up the field mentioned in the log message
3. Click "Set Field-Level Security"
4. Enable 'Visible' for the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile and save. Repeat for any other field(s) and/or object(s) referenced in the error log. 
5. If you have access to Analytics Studio, navigate to Data Manager: 
- 5a. Under the 'connect' tab on the left-hand side, re-run data sync
- 5b. Under 'Dataflows & Recipes', re-run the dataflow for the Account Engagement Engagement History app
6. If you do not have access to Analytics Studio: 
- 6a: In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Quick Find > Auto-installed apps. 
- 6b: Click on the dropdown caret icon on the "Account Engagement Engagement History" app and 'Try Again'


If the field(s) in the logs no longer exist 

If the field(s) present in the error logs no longer exist under the object (i.e Opportunity), deselect them under data sync. 
1) If you have access to Analytics Studio, navigate to Data Manager > 'connect' tab on the left hand side.
2) Click on the object (i.e Opportunity) 
3) Uncheck the field(s) from the error log and save
4) Re-run data sync
5) Re-run the dataflow for the Account Engagement Engagement History app
