Access to Child Events for Events with Multiple Contacts in Salesforce

When shared activities are enabled, events can have more than one related contact. Child events are created when additional User attendees are added. Some users may report that they don't have access to child events.

 

 

솔루션

Due to performance and security, for these events, the child event records are visible to:

  • The respective owners of the child event records (i.e. the invitees)
  • Users above the owner in the owner's role hierarchy
