Description

To use your  Salesforce Voice (formerly Service Cloud Voice) phone number for SMS in Salesforce, Support will need to determine if the number is eligible for Messaging. Please note, this is supported in US and Canada only.
 

Résolution
Open a case with Support, referencing this article and providing your Amazon Connect phone number and Salesforce org ID, and make sure to move the case to the Service-Digital Engagement team. Support will investigate the provided Amazon Connect number to determine if it can be provisioned for SMS with Salesforce. Should the number be able to be provisioned, Support will do so.
