When using the Salesforce Data Import Wizard to import records, a summary email is sent upon completion. If errors occur during the import, the email includes an attachment (error CSV file) listing each failed row and its error code. A common error in this file is INVALID_FIELD, which indicates that either the data in a field is formatted incorrectly for that field's data type, or the column header references a field name that does not exist on the object.
