Due to Account Engagement's user migration in 2021, Salesforce SSO is required to login to Account Engagement. Please work with your Salesforce administrator to ensure Salesforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for all the Salesforce users that are mapped/syncing with your Account Engagement users. Specific instructions for enabling MFA can be found here. Please reference the Salesforce Multi-Factor Authentication FAQ for further questions on Salesforce MFA.
There will be no impact on the Salesforce-Account Engagement connector as a result of the Salesforce MFA requirement. The Salesforce-Account Engagement connector utilizes the Salesforce API to sync data to Salesforce. Per the Salesforce Multi-Factor Authentication FAQ, MFA is not required for API / Integration Logins. However, if you are not using the B2BMA Integration User for your connector user, we recommend enabling MFA for your connector user (see instructions here).
