Description

You might encounter the following error while attempting to create a new ACR relationship record: "This contact already has a relationship with this account".

Résolution

This issue can happen when the impacted Account (Business and Person) has relationships which were *not* active and had recent End Dates associated. This means that the ACR was deactivated either manually or by a disassociation.

Note: 

The Financial Services Cloud (FSC) component wouldn't display any Inactive records. This issue is with the FSC Relationship Map component specifically. This behavior is working as designed.
