Error Occurred during flow "Omni Channel Routing":null

If the omni flow has been deployed from one Org to another, this is expected to see the above error when we have a change in the Channel Id in the destination ORG. 

For ex: if you have the Service Channel Name as Chat(With Id: 0N92v000000HLRT) in source ORG, and Live Chat(With Id 0N92v000000HLRK) in destination ORG, the Omni flow will get deployed as expected, with the Source setup. However, we would see the above error while routing the Work items. 
Løsning
This is an expected behaviour, when we have different Ids in Source Vs Destination, where, the deployment will not update the Service Channel Id in flows. We need to do the changes manually in the destination ORG by picking the correct channel name.

NOTE: Similar behaviour will be seen in the flows that contains "Add Skill Requirement" action.
