When an Omni-Channel routing flow is deployed from one Salesforce org to another (for example, from Sandbox to Production), the Service Channel IDs in the destination org may differ from the source org. This mismatch causes an error when routing Work Items using the Omni-Channel flow
This behavior is expected when the Service Channel IDs differ between source and destination orgs. The deployment process does not automatically update the Service Channel ID in the flow. To resolve this, manually update the channel reference in the destination org.
NOTE: Similar behaviour will be seen in the flows that contains "Add Skill Requirement" action.
