After a successful deployment via Salesforce Change Sets, users may notice that newly deployed custom fields do not appear in the related list on a record's page in the target organization.
A successful Change Set deployment confirms that the fields exist in the target org, but it does not automatically add those fields to the page layout's related list. The fields must be manually added to the related list in the page layout editor.
This article describes how to manually add deployed custom fields to a related list in both Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic.
After completing these steps, open a record for the object in question and confirm that the deployed fields appear in the related list.
