Enable Folder Permissions in Salesforce Maps

Resolution

Steps

  1. Click on Setup and enter 'installed packages' in the Quick Find box.
  2. Select Installed Packages.
  3. Select Configure for the Salesforce Maps package.
  4. From the Settings - General tab, check Folder Permissions option.
  5. Click Save.
Checking Folder Permissions option ensures Maps follows all folder permissions set by the admin.
 
Note: If this checkbox is unchecked, all the users will be able to see folders available in the Corporate folder.
