Error 'Permission Denied' when attempting to create a subfolder on the MC SFTP

Description
To create folders within the existing system-defined folders, select the parent folder context prior to creating the subfolder.
Resolution
Since permissions for creating folders at the root level of the FTP are restricted, the user must drill down within folder context using a third-party FTP client prior to attempting to create a folder.
