解決策

Check the email content link to see if they have an extra URL prefix:
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=  

As a security feature, the Proofpoint URL Defender has included this prefix. The customer may either add the salesforce.com domain to the allow exception list in the Proofpoint URL Defender Configure option or engage directly with Proofpoint support.
