'Person Accounts' page is not available in Setup

Available in: ProfessionalEnterprisePerformanceUnlimited, and Developer Editions.

Person Accounts is a self-service activation. It can be enabled by System Administrators with the Customize Application and View All Profiles profile permissions by following the steps in the following document: Enable Person Accounts


In some situations, System Administrators might not be able to find the "Person Accounts" page in a Sandbox, Trial, or Developer Edition Org. This is especially common with orgs created or last refreshed prior to June 2022.
Lösning

If you are a System Administrator with the appropriate profile permissions, and you cannot find the "Person Accounts" page in Setup, then your environment's licenses may be outdated. 

- Sandbox: Use the License Match Tool, or refresh the Sandbox.
- Trial: Create a new Trial organization.
- Developer Edition: Create a new Developer Edition organization.

If you are in an active Production environment and cannot find the "Person Accounts" page, create a case for Salesforce Support to investigate the issue.
