Account Engagement Engagement History "Dashboard not found" Error

The Engagement History dashboard is generated from the Engagement History app. The user should review the Engagement History app's status to see if there are any issues to resolve on the app itself in order to resolve the embedded Engagement History dashboard error. 

The error on the page layout may appear as:
▸ Dashboard not found: Campaign_Detail_tp_sfdcinternal
▸ Dashboard not found: Contact_Detail_tp_sfdcinternal
▸ Dashboard not found: Account_Detail_tp_sfdcinternal
Ratkaisu
1. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > Quick Find > Auto-installed apps. 
2. If the Engagement History app is in a status other than "Success", click the dropdown caret icon and "Try Again". The user can also choose the option to "View Log" to better understand what the issue may be. 
3. Monitor the auto-installed apps page and if it's a "Success", navigate back to the account, lead/contact, or campaign layout to see the error message has subsided.

Another way to view Engagement History app issues is via Analytics Studio.
1. For users with an Analytics Embedded App or B2B Marketing Analytics permission set license, navigate to Analytics Studio > Apps > Engagement History app. 
2. If the app is in an 'in progress' state for a prolonged amount of time, the user can hit "cancel" on the app on this page. Or, navigate to the Auto-Installed Apps page in Salesforce Setup and use the dropdown caret icon to "Cancel". 
3. Requeue the app again via the "Try Again" option. 

If the "Try Again" option doesn't work:

▸ Go to Setup > Auto-installed apps
▸ Go to the 'Requests' tab
▸ Filter by 'in progress' (the filter icon on the far right-hand side of the page)
▸ Click the dropdown caret icon on the far right-hand side and 'cancel request' on the Engagement History app

Then, on the main 'auto-installed app's page:
▸ Set the filter back to 'all' instead of 'in progress'
▸ Click the dropdown caret icon on the Engagement History app's tile
▸ Select 'try again'
