Issue:
After enabling Microsoft Teams and using the Microsoft Teams Application, users try to log in to the Salesforce application and get this error:

Possible Root Cause:
Session settings in Salesforce.

Résolution
 
  1. Log in to Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  2. Click on Setup.
  3. On the Quick Find Box, enter Session Settings.
  4. Deselect Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated.
  5. Scroll to the bottom then click on Save.
  6. Open Microsoft Teams and then click Add App.
  7. Select Salesforce.
  8. Log in to Salesforce inside the Microsoft App page.
