You can create multiple 'time triggers' related to a workflow rule under 'Time-Dependent Workflow Actions' by clicking Add Time Trigger.
Workflow Rules and Process Builder are being retired on December 31, 2025. Consider migrating to Flow Builder before this date.
Organizations using Workflow Rules may encounter a limit when creating multiple time-based actions on a single rule. For example, you might need to send reminder emails at different intervals after a record is created.
Salesforce will no longer be supporting Workflow Rules and Process Builder on December 31, 2025, and we recommend that you migrate your automation to Flow Builder by that time.
The maximum workflow time triggers allow to be created in a single workflow rule is 10.
Attempting to create more than 10 time triggers displays the error: "You cannot associate more than 10 workflow time triggers with a workflow rule".
This limit is hard-coded and cannot be increased.
