Unable to change Account Engagement Admin in Salesforce Setup

When navigating to the Account Engagement Account Setup page in Salesforce, you will find that you cannot change the Account Engagement Admin.
 
Solución
As for the Account Engagement Admin listed on the Account Engagement Account Setup page: This is only used to provision the account and cannot be changed/updated. This Admin has the same privileges in Account Engagement as any other Admin, so changing the listed user would not change anything on the account side.
  • You can still have more than one Account Engagement Admin within the account
  • You can still deactivate the listed Account Engagement Admin user in Salesforce and Account Engagement
  • If a new admin is needed in Account Engagement, you can follow the steps found in our documentation
