How to Setup Order Confirm Email Alert in B2B Commerce for Visualforce

Description

When an order is placed on a B2B store it triggers a workflow to send out an email order confirm. Email alerts are emails generated by an automated process and sent to designated recipients.

Steps to create a B2B Order Confirm Email Alert

1. Go to Setup > Click into the Quick Find Box and enter "Email Alerts"
2. Click on Email Alerts on setup menu
3. Click on New Email Alert
4. Enter in the Following Information
  1. Description
  2. Unique Name
  3. Object - Select "CC Order"
  4. Email Template - Browse for an email template you created
  5. Recipient Type - Search and Select Email Field
  6. From Available Recipients List select Email Field: Email
  7. Click the Add button to bring the entry to the Selected Recipients list
  8. Enter in additional emails to be notified in Additional Emails section if desired
  9. From Address select Current User's Email Address
  10. Click Save
