Chatter Publisher Not Visible On The Community

Solución
To resolve the above:
1. Identify the profile of the community user.
2. Go to the object from Object Manager, for which the Chatter Publisher needs to be made visible. 
3. Go to Page Layouts and click 'Page Layout Assignment' Button.
4. Check the page layout assigned to that particular profile and record type. 
5. Go to that page layout and add the "Post" component to "Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions" as shown below.

6. Hard Refresh the Community Page and the "Chatter Publisher" will be visible.
