How to access the Nonprofit and Education Documentation on the Salesforce Help Site

You can follow these steps to use the search functionality within the Salesforce Help site to find Non-profit and/or Education documentation:

1. Navigate to the Salesforce Help site, https://help.salesforce.com (you don't need to log in to view the documentation).
2. Type the name of the product you're looking for followed by 'documentation' into the search bar and hit 'enter' on your keyboard.
3. After the search results page loads click the checkbox for 'Documentation' in the 'Content Type' menu on the left side. This will filter for Non-profit and Education documentation in the Salesforce Help site (make sure you don't check the box for 'Non Profit Documentation', these article links will take you back to the Power of Us Hub).
4. Click on the specific product documentation article you're looking for.
