Trailhead Ranger Ranks Available in Sales Enablement Sites

Description

Salesforce introduced new Ranger ranks to extend learning progression beyond the original Ranger level. This change provides additional incentives for learners to continue earning badges and points.

These new ranks are available to users who:

  • Have access to at least one content collection on an enablement site
  • Use a Trailblazer account for authentication

Note:
This feature does not apply to enablement sites using Salesforce Identity authentication, as profile details such as rank, badges, and points are not displayed.

Where to View Ranger Ranks

  • Today page (next achievable rank)
  • Learner profile page (current and next rank)
  • Trailhead Slack app (Home tab)
  • Trailhead GO mobile app (Profile tab)
Resolution

  • No configuration is required to enable the new Ranger ranks.

    Users will automatically see the updated ranks if:

    • Their enablement site uses Trailblazer account authentication
    • They have access to enablement content collections

    If ranks are not visible:

    • Verify the authentication method used by the enablement site
    • Confirm the user has access to at least one content collection
