Updating a Small Number of Email Addresses

1. Navigate to Email Studio > Subscribers > All Subscribers.
2. Use Search to locate the subscriber, or select the subscriber directly from the list. update the email address in the General tab.

Updating a Large Number of Email Addresses

1. Navigate to Email Studio > Subscribers > All Subscribers.
2. Click Import, then proceed through the Import Wizard.
3. Configure the settings according to your requirements:
   • To import a locally saved file, select the file from your computer.
   • For files over 20 MB, upload to the FTP server and enter the file name under FTP.
   • Set the data format to match your file.
4. Map the attributes.
5. Check Send email on import completion to receive a notification email when the import finishes.

1. Navigate to Automation Studio > Activities > Create Activity.
2. Select Data Copy or Import.
3. Enter an activity name.
   • Check the notification email recipient to receive an email when the import completes.
4. Select the location of the file uploaded to the FTP server and enter the naming pattern.
   • If the naming pattern does not match, you cannot proceed to the next step.
5. Under Destination, select the subscriber list.
   • Selecting All Subscribers under My Subscribers enables import to all subscribers.
6. Select the data action and mapping method.
7. Verify all settings are correct, then finish.
