Campaign Member Status is Blank When Creating a New Status or Editing an Existing Record

You may encounter an issue where users that have the necessary permissions are experiencing a blank page when editing or creating Campaign Member Status records in Lightning Experience. 
Solución

This may be due to the affected user's profile not being assigned the page layout for the Campaign Member Status object. The challenge is that this particular object Details page is not exposed in the Object Manager in Lightning.

 

  1. Navigate to the page layout assignment page by appending the path to your org URL. '/lightning/setup/ObjectManager/CampaignMemberStatus/PageLayouts/viewPageAssignments'
  2. Check if the affected profile shows as unassigned.
  3. Assign the page layout.
  4. Verify by logging in as the affected user and creating a new Campaign Member Status record.
