Marketing Cloud Intelligence Query Builder Overview & Limitations

Overview

Query Builder, the codeless querying option available in Marketing Cloud Intelligence Advanced, now supports exporting to a CSV file. Users can now export query results to CSV format, in addition to ORC and PARQUET. Track your scheduled queries, and see whether an export was successful and when it occurred via Intelligence Reports for Engagement Advanced in Pro, Corporate, and Enterprise editions. Users may view export history with a dedicated screen and maintain a common understanding on export status and delivery location. 
 

Query Limitations

• Data Retension Settings: Upon activation of Marketing Cloud Intelligence Reports for Marketing Cloud, up to 90 days of historical data is available. From that point on, historical data is only retained for 2 years
• 30 Data Extensions total can be utilized across each business unit (Disclaimer: Not in a single query, but amongst all queries)
• Edits to Data Extensions after association are NOT picked up. Users would need to de-link and re-link accordingly.
• SendLog Data Extensions are NOT supported. This includes Data Extensions made from the SendLog Template.
• Data Extensions over 50 million rows are NOT supported.
• Joins are only supported on a single field.
