Unanimous Approval when Smart Approvals are Enabled

When unanimous approval is required, the request is not considered approved until all members of the Approval Group approve a request. However, when Smart Approvals are enabled, they can take precedence over the Unanimous checkbox.

Example Scenario:

1. Approver Unanimous checkbox = True
2. Approval Rule with Reevaluate Smart Approvals Individually = False
   1. Conditions Met = Custom
   2. Advanced Condition = 1 AND 2
3. Approval Condition 1: Custom_Number_Field__1__c > 0 and Enable Smart Approval = True, Index = 1
4. Approval Condition 2: Custom_Number_Field__2__c > 0 and Enable Smart Approval = True, Index = 2
5. The Quote is submitted for approval with the following values:
   1. Custom_Number_Field__1__c = 5
   2. Custom_Number_Field__2__c = 10
6. The Quote is approved by Approver A and then by Approver B, which moves the Approval Status to ‘Approved’.
7. The Quote is Recalled. No changes are made to the Quote and then the Quote is Submitted for Approval again. The Quote is automatically approved by both Approver A and Approver B because Smart Approvals are enabled.

Note: Users might see different behavior if Reevaluate Smart Approvals Individually = True

Example Scenario:

1. Approver Unanimous checkbox = True
2. Approval Rule with Reevaluate Smart Approvals Individually = True
   1. Conditions Met = Custom
   2. Advanced Condition = 1 AND 2
3. Approval Condition 1: Custom_Number_Field__1__c > 0 and Enable Smart Approval = True, Index = 1
4. Approval Condition 2: Custom_Number_Field__2__c > 0 and Enable Smart Approval = True, Index = 2
5. The Quote is submitted for approval with the following values:
   1. Custom_Number_Field__1__c = 5
   2. Custom_Number_Field__2__c = 10
6. The Quote is then Recalled. The value for the Custom_Number_Field__1__c is changed from 5 to 6, and then the Quote is Submitted for Approval again. The Quote will move to an Approval Status of ‘Pending’ until all members of the Approval Group approve the request.
