Partner Program FAQ: Certification Exam Vouchers and Discounts on Exam Voucher Purchases

Consulting, Cloud Reseller and AppExchange ISV partners are eligible to receive both free vouchers to cover the cost of certification exams and discounts on exam voucher purchases. 

Certification Exam Voucher Benefit

To request your free certification exam vouchers, have your Key Contact submit a case in the Partner Community following these steps:

1. Click on the Create a Case option.

2. In the case’s subject line, enter Partner Program Benefit: Certification Exam Voucher Benefit

3. In the case’s description, specify that you are requesting the certification exam voucher benefit and your partner tier (if known).

4. When prompted to select a product, click Pick a different product & topic.

5. For Product, select Partner Program & Benefits.

6. For Topic, select Partner Benefits & Provisioning.

How many exam voucher codes can I receive as a Salesforce partner?

Salesforce partners are eligible to receive voucher codes based on their program and tier.

What happens if I advance to a higher tier during the year?

Partners who advance to a higher tier during the year are eligible to receive additional vouchers to correspond to their new tier. 

What certification exams can be purchased with these vouchers?

The Salesforce Partner Program Voucher Benefit can be used for any level certification exam except the Certified Technical Architect Evaluation and the Architect Review Board Evaluation. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my exam?

When can I request for vouchers in 2026?

Vouchers can be requested on April 15th, 2026

When do these vouchers expire?

Vouchers will expire on March 1st, 2027.

Can the expiration date of my vouchers be extended?

No. The expiration date of your voucher codes cannot be extended so please plan accordingly. 

Are there additional voucher benefits available to partners?

Yes, partners can obtain a discount on exam voucher purchases based on tier. See below for more information.

Partners are eligible to receive a discount on voucher purchases. To request a discount code for certification exam voucher purchases, submit a case in the Partner Community following these steps:

1. Click on the Create a Case option.

2. In the case’s subject line, enter Partner Program Benefit: Discount Code for Exam Voucher Purchases.

3. In the case’s description, specify that you are requesting the discount code for purchasing exam voucher codes and your partner tier (if known).

4. When prompted to select a product, click Pick a different product & topic.

5. For Product, select Partner Program & Benefits.

6. For Topic, select Partner Benefits & Provisioning.

How often can I request a discount code? 

Only one code per individual can be requested each calendar month. Your discount code will apply to your entire purchase.
