Q. Can system info logs be removed or changed to say error instead?
A. System logs cannot be changed or removed.

Q. What log types count towards the quota for log center?
A. All log types will count towards the quota.

Q. Do system logs count towards the log center quota?
A. Yes. Please note that some system logs will still send logs to Log Center even after the quota has been reached.

Q. How can you get around 10MB file limit for log files? Is there a way to break this up into multiple files? 
A. The file cannot be broken up, but if you are exceeding the file size of 10MB then your logging statements should be modified to create more custom logs as opposed to writing to the same one and reaching the file limit. 

Q. Is there a character limit on how long a log message can be in log center?
A. Yes, the character limit is approximately 7000 and the message will be truncated once it has reached the limit. The rest of the message can be found in the corresponding log file if the file size limit hasn't been reached. 

Q. I see a log message in log center, but cannot locate the message within a log file. Why is this?
A. Log messages are written directly to log center from the platform. If a log file reaches the max of 10MB, then messages would stop writing to the file. Log files that have not reached their maximum size can be identified by the severity, blade, and date.
