How you can request a new Agentforce Commerce (formerly Commerce Cloud) feature or enhancement.

Resolution
Salesforce IdeaExchange is used to collect and process enhancement and feature requests for Commerce products. To access this space and post a request, go to Idea Exchange, log in, and fill out the form you're taken to with your Feature or Enhancement idea.

The category you select should be one of the options under Commerce and please also note that enhancement and feature requests in IdeaExchange are self-service, and cannot be made on a customer's behalf by Commerce Support.
