Reportes de autoría y certificaciones de cumplimiento de Commerce Cloud

Salesforce Commerce Cloud has provided ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI DSS AoC, SOC 1, SOC 2, and other security certifications. These compliance certifications and audit reports can be accessed through a secure portal.

To gain access to the secure portal for the certifications and reports, please either open a case with Support, or contact a member of your account team.

Please note that the nomination process to be approved for access to the secure portal usually takes around 24 hours.

Once nominated, you will receive an email with instructions to log in. Please ensure these instructions are followed, since they require the user to log in, not via regular credentials, but via email.
