In order to be able to download the documents, please request login access via your Account team or contact Support as outlined in How to engage Commerce Support via the Salesforce Help portal. The nomination process to be approved for access to the secure portal usually takes around ~24 hours. Once nominated, you will receive an email with instructions to log in. Please ensure these instructions are followed as they require the user to log in via email not via regular credentials.
