Descripción

When looking in Agentforce Sales (formerly Sales Cloud) or Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud) for Journey Builder Send Definitions and the associated Individual Email Results within the Email Send object, they will not be present. These sends will be located within the Triggered Send object.

Solución

There are two different ways to find the Triggered Send object with Agentforce Marketing (formerly Marketing Cloud):

  1. Within the Marketing tab
    • If you navigate to the Marketing tab in Sales/Service, you should reach the “Email Send” page where you can set up a Marketing Connect Send. In the top right of this screen, you should see a “Triggered Sends” link. Click here and this will take you to the Triggered Send object.
      • NOTE: If you do not have any Triggered Send object enabled in the Marketing Connect settings page, this link will not be present. To have this link available, click the “Configure Marketing Connector” link in the same screen > click “Edit Settings” > scroll down to the “Triggered Sends” section > select an object in the list and move it over to the right > “Save Settings”.
      • Afterward, the Triggered Sends link will be present in the Marketing tab.
  2. Via the Triggered Send tab
    • If the Triggered Send tab is not present in your Sales/Service, please follow the steps below to add it.
      • Within Salesforce Classic
        • Setup > Build > Create > Tabs > Custom Object Tabs > New > Object > Triggered Send > pick a Tab Style > Next > Next > Save
      • Within Lightning Experience
        • Setup > Platform Tools > User Interface > Tabs > Custom Object Tabs > New > Object > Triggered Send > pick a Tab Style > Next > Next > Save

Once you have accessed the Triggered Send object, you will see a list of Triggered Send Definitions. To know what specific Send Definition you are looking for, you can go into Marketing > Email Studio > Interactions > Triggered Emails > under Journey Builder Sends, locate the Journey and Version > Send Definitions are located here

These Send Definitions will ‌appear as follows:

[Email Name] - [32 character string]

Example:

WelcomeEmail1 - 093b0114a9c6424b8360b1d6ea9ae814

You can take the Send Definition name and either use the “Search” button on the Triggered Send object or CTRL-F to find the corresponding Send Definition in Sales/Service.

Once you’ve found the Send Definition, click into it and you will see the tracking for the send and Individual Email Results will appear in the Individual Email Results section towards the bottom of the page.
